Canadian Warplane Heritage actually has numerous aircraft that you can go fly in on a regular basis. I had a chance to fly in their chipmunk last year and it was awesome. Of course crossing the Atlantic would be a chance of a lifetime and what they don't tell you is that you will be met by the RAF Lancaster (the only other flying Lancaster in the world) off the coast of England. Both airplanes will be given a full fighter escort into the UK.
