Anyone had a restricted transfer go through in Manitoba recently?

I got one today from July 5th, 5960###, yet I’m still waiting for one submitted June 27th 5954###. Could be worse like Ontario, what a gong show.

Manitoba is not expediting transfers for anyone. Where you are in the queue is where you are. Trust me....I've tried! If your gun club membership is not on file with them though, that will hold up the transfer. That you can just email in (or fax if you have a nursing home around the corner that will let you use theirs).

I can confirm that I called the direct number provided earlier in this thread (204) 984-0715 and after a 30 minute hold in queue I spoke with the office of the CFO for Manitoba, she was very helpful and verified the transfer was pending, said she would see if this is something she could review and put me on a 10 min hold, came back on the line and said she approved it and to check my email which contained the approval notification. This was at 15 days since it was sent to them for approval (Private MB to Private MB) so it appears they ‘may’ assist you if you call, very pleased.

I can also confirm this works.
 
Yes that has changed since the beginning of chit show. They are now approving transfer out of order for those that call in.
 
Had a 5990### go through this morning on its own. I also had 2 598###X come through in the last 2 weeks, still waiting on the my oldest one from July however....
 
I’m curious about where Manitoba is at for transfers at the moment.
I still have one from the beginning of September and one from the end of September that I’m waiting on.
Transfers in the range of
6018###X
6045###X
Considering the progress in Alberta and Saskatchewan offices I think they should be forthcoming.
But am debating getting ahold of the office to check.
Has anyone had a Manitoba transfer approved lately?
When was the transfer initiated?
