Anyone had any problems with a Ram-Line 50 round mag for 10/22?

I just bought one today with my new Ruger, and using the 50 round mag when I get to the last 4 rounds or so, it the mag gets stuck and stops pushing up on the rounds so they just rattle around loose inside. I thought maybe once I worked it in a bit it might be better, so I've loaded and run through it about a dozen times but it still does it every time.

Think if I exchange it for a new one it shouldn't be an issue? Or is this just a crap choice of mag?
 
I have a Ramline 50 mag.
It places the bullets too low and won't feed. When I get some time I'll try modifing it.

So far it wasn't a good purchase.
