Anyone had probs with Chargemaster combo?

I just bought a RCBS Chargemaster combo from Epps, and it arrived yesterday. I turned it on, and the readout reads '2009', with the indicator pointing to the link field. Nothing I do will cause it to do anything other than display '2009'. RCBS don't have a support link on their website, and their phone line is continuously engaged.

Anyone else have this problem?

Ok, I've answered my own question. After speaking to RCBS, it turns out that Epps sold me a unit that has been sitting on their shelves since 2008. Not only doesn't it work, it's out of warranty.

Luckily RCBS told me that if Epps won't help me, they'll help me, though it means spending a bunch more on shipping to the US, and having it shipped back. Really not thrilled.
