If so, how do you like? I just fondled one today, but the grip seemed a bit big, as my middle finger would not touch my thumb. If you have one (or a G21 - same size?), how does the grip feel to you? What is the recoil like? Snappier than the G22? Tx.

The G21 and G20 are indeed the larger gripped Glocks - I've held both (in store) and they are generally regarded by many as being fat and brick like. If you fit into a large glove snug these would probably be just right :)

I've never shot one so can't comment on that.

As noted...if you have 'big mitts', the grip size isn't a problem.
The recoil from the 20, and the 21, are subjectively, less than the 22.
I feel the Glock is best in the 9mm, perhaps 40S&W format, otherwise I
much prefer a 1911 platform for 45ACP.
Definately try before you buy...if you can!

I had a Glock 21 for a long time...they're a great gun. No criticism of it at all.

I have a G-21. Find it shoot nicer than others I have shot. Depends on if it fits your hands though.

I find it better than a G-22 or even a G-17.

I have had a 3rd gen G20 for about 3 years now. I installed a 5" totally supported match chambered barrel and a few other mod's like increased power recoil and striker springs.

I use this gun mostly for remote area carry when the bears are hibernating during the winter or if I'm jumping in and out of the truck alot.

It is extremely accurate and reliable with my top velocity reloads.

I have average size hands and find the grip slightly big for me as well as if I aim it with a normal grip it points slightly high for me due to the shape of the rear of the grip. I have trained myself to twist my wrists lower when I draw/aim/fire to compensate for this though.

Excellent gun that I trust my life with...
