I haven't personally used one of his jackets, but I've shot with guys who've used them and they were happy. plus in my personal experience, Paul's a great guy and a great proponent of TR.
I've had one for several years now; very nice heavy weight cordura type material that I use doing cold weather shoots. Excellent workmanship like all of Paul's stuff. Same goes for his cases and bags.
i bought 10 jackets and 5 mats for our cadet program. they are well built and well liked by the cadets using them. Paul is a great guy to deal with.(even when the cheque to pay him gets lost and found 6 months later)
