Anyone have a Savage 93 FSS???

I'm without a .22WMR for the first time in ages and am looking to replace my last one. I don't need a bull barrel or anything like that, but would like stainless if possible and so the 93 FSS came to my attention.

Who has one, what do you have on it for an optic and what have you seen for ammo preference if any?

Savage 93 fss

Hi , have the 93fv , has a EGW rail, Burris tactical rings, Redfield Revolution 3 X 12 scope.
this gun likes the CCI 40 grain hollow points the best. Rifle is zeroed at 100 yds.

I have a 93fv 22WMR as well .Pretty accurate little gun but didn't like the cheap plastic stock at all and swapped it out for a Boyds Tacticool .
It is now called the less scary name of Pro Varmit.
I mounted a Bushnell 3200 3x9 and it works well on it.

Thanks gents - the synthetic stock is my least favorite part of the rifle, I just don't want to swap it out with something that is going to add weight. I looked on Boyds site bit didn't see their field stock (or whatever it's called) for the 93 so maybe I'll give them a call.

I have a Nikon 3-9 that I think is going to get stuck on this one...
