Anyone have experience with NEA 5/30 magazines?

I saw that NEA has 5/30 magazines with green followers for $15, sounds like a good deal. Does anyone have these magazines? How do they function? Reliable? Good construction?

I bought 10 of these in preparation for an NEA-15 that is on backorder. I cannot comment on the reliabilty, as the rifle hasn't arrived yet. Construction is good. There are no manufacturer markings that i can see on them. The rivet pin sticks out a bit. I have some teflon D&H to compare them to and i do like the D&H mags better. I can't really complain though as the NEA magazines are only $15 bux which is a pretty good deal.

I have them but haven't actually used them yet. They do look like great quality mags though. The mag followers are anti-tilt as well.

Use Magpul......resistance is useless.....all will use Magpul....always Magpul.....even in NEA's product pics of their rifles they're using...Magpul.

I bought a dozen last year, and have used them several times since. They work fine, no issues.

You're right, no room for humour on CGN, my sincerest apologies.

NEA should have NEA mags in their NEA rifle product pic not lousy Magpul - plastic rubbish, then again, my NEA 15 didn't come with any mag from NEA.

Why fix what ain't broke, do a poll, what mag is the cheapest most reliable AR mag in Canada? I was being constructive, all the best.
