It's the ATI Fiberforce stock. I was looking at one the other day and quite liked it... I like the simplicity of it (no rails etc.) as well as it was so light and had a great angled pistol grip.
I originally bought the ATI Dragunov... and promptly trashed them... I didn't even try to resell... I wouldn't do that to anyone, friend or foe!
I then purchased the Choate model... totally different animal... it is top quality... none of the ATI's cheap "toy" feel... it is solid and more modular... it also accepts modifications very well... Choates stock compound is really solid, good-looking stuff... I ground out the barrel channel for the barrels that you see below, also added accessory rails etc... everything stays in place, the material allows for significant thread torque... we also epoxy-seated the rails and studs...
My ATI is OK but too flimsy for target shooting. Put pressure on the sling and the stock flexes enough to touch the barrel. The top cover is also too close to the barrel and touches. All this probably affects accuracy.
I did stiffen the stock and space up the top part at the same time but the one I have I wouldn't recommend.
The front half looks much like the pic you posted, the rear is a folding M-16 style.
I have the ATI stock and I rather like it. In my opinion, it has a more comfortable grip angle than the Choate stock and is lighter. It's not a stock to be used for precision shooting, but I have not found it to negatively affect accuracy. I routinely shoot 1"@50m and 2"@100m with the right bulk ammo. Half that if I use quality stuff.
I forgot to mention how sloppy the receiver area was in the ATI stock. A bit of bedding fixed that along with a 1/8" or thicker plate to fill the huge gap at the rear and the folding stock does give you one advantage.
It's very easy to drill and tap another hole in the rear of the receiver for another hold down screw.
