Anyone have problems ordering from Tenda Canada?

I ordered a rifle and some bullets from Tenda last week. Now I can't login to see my order, no email response,and nobody answering the phone? Anyone else had problems?

Ordered a bunch of times in the past from them. They may not be the fastest to ship things out, and often the update emails with tracking are delayed, but everything eventually showed up without any issue

Never had any issues of any sort, actually very good service. Be patient.

Communication, both by email and phone, is pretty bad, but I've always received what I ordered......eventually.

Yeah they are slow at times but the good prices and free shipping kinda makes up for that.

To answer your question, ive not had any issues ordering with tenda

good to know tendas priorities are not their own customers

Their priorities should be the same as mine if they want to maintain me a customer, there are many dealers that offer quality customer service, reasonable shipping times, knowledge and product to sell. If the items ship in a reasonable time frame they met all of these priorities....
Although not answering their customer phone line is a bit weird...

I was there today, this is one busy place, good service, good deals, I tried to call them to over the weekend, for a Monday they certainly have a bunch of employees working.

My experience with Tenda has always been top notch. Any time I have shopped in person, they've always been very busy. I can understand why phone calls may go unanswered as the in-person shoppers take priority (or at least should). As someone who has worked in customer service for almost 3 decades, I will always put the customer in front of me first over any phone calls coming through to my desk/counter.

Saying all of that, I placed an online order on a Saturday, realized on Sunday that I needed to order the pilots separately, called Monday to add the item(s), had them in my hand by Wednesday. This was by no means a large or significant order of any huge value.

That's my nickel as we no longer use pennies.
