Anyone have problems ordering from Tenda Canada?

I have ordered from them a handful of times. Rifles, ammo, parts, everything.

Every single time with their free shipping, and I have always had my stuff in hand within 10 business days.

I have ordered many times from tenda over the years. Only had an issue once they oversold the ammo I ordered and offered to replace the ammo with a higher cost alternative for the same price I paid for the cheaper ammo. I accepted that as it was a good solution to the issue. They are sometimes slow to get stuff shipped out but I have always gotten what I ordered in the end.

Have placed dozens of orders with Tenda and my experience has been fantastic. They have fair prices, the shipping is fast and any issues I've had were resolved quickly.

They are cheaper, better and faster than 90% of other vendors I've ordered from.

Contact them by email, provide the competitor's link, and wait for a reply that may or may not ever arrive.

I do like Tenda. I've spent a ton of money with them, but communication is by far the weakest part of their operation.

It takes them a couple days to get to your order (presumably they are quite popular), but after that it gets processed and shipped real quick
