Anyone having trouble getting Weatherby parts?

FYI I have a Weatherby SA-08 28g deluxe that broke around six months old. The recoil spring is in 5 pieces. Realizing that its not a high end gun I thought "oh well" I guess I'll have to get the part and fix it. Not that simple.............. I've been waiting months now for the part, called Weatherby a couple times to no resolve. Got a bad taste in my mouth for Weatherby and guns made in Turkey! (I do have some good guns)

Anyhow, is anyone else having trouble getting parts from Weatherby?

Yes, Ellwood Epps is the service centre for Weatherby. That's where the part will be shipped if Weatherby ever gets it.

Oh yes, Weatherby did say there will be no charge for the part. One good note - if that's really the case?
