I have a chance to get a case of .22LR ammo off a guy who's father in-law passed away late last year.
He and his wife have nothing to do with guns and are just parting out his stuff and are not very "knowledgable" regarding ammo or weapons.
All he can tell me is the ammo is called Punta Hueca and it's .22LR and he has a full case untouched.
Anyone heard of it??

Thanks Ormachek. I appreciate the help.
Hmmmm......looks like I have to ask him to look a little harder on the box for a manufacture!

Orbea is a bicycle manufacture in Spain, but they were originally a firearms manufacturer up until 1930.

I was also able to find a little bit about an old argentinian manufacturer called "Cartucheria Orbea Argentina" on oldammo.com

Wouldn't hurt to go look at it, maybe some other company made ammo under that name? If it looks old ya might not want to shoot it though....maybe some collector would want it?

Thanks Guys
Not much net info. on this manufacture that's for sure!?
I'm still heading over to take a look at it as he has some other stuff i'm interested in also.
Much appreciated....
