Anyone here have an AR in 6.8mm Rem?

Just wondered if anyone here had one and how they like it. I'm toying with the idea of having someone bring a 6.8mm Rem upper in for me. I can get the brass, bullets and dies no problem, but have not convinced myself to go for it yet..... Don't really need another closet queen, if you know what I mean.
 
I have a Stag arms R5 in 6.8 spc. Is it worth it... well depends on what you want do to with it. Under 500 yards it has about 80% of the ballistic factor of a 308 with about half the recoil. Over 500 better look at the 6.5 or the heavier 5.56.

Basicaly the 6.8 does what it's been designed to do: a short, mid range heavy hitter with little recoil (hot .223 loads recoil as mutch as mild 6.8).
I love mine, the kick and sound ( very snappy compared to .223) are different. Accuracy is MOA but then so is the shooter...I'm still breaking my rifle in as I have about 100 rounds thruw. It's more of a novelty item at this point as the intended use is something I hope I wont have to do. But for target or sport a .223 will do the deed as well or the 6.5 will carry you over 500 yards but the 6.8spc degrades under the .223 passed 500 yards.

IMO get yourself a ar-10 over a 6.8 and sell me the brass ;->
