I have a bunch more....pictures that is....5 more, but all I can download off PB is #ten Oh well back to the drawing board...

I forgot to take a picture of the bbl. configuration(Boch Drilling)....what it is is two barrels one above t'other(12 on top of 270) and the third one (22 LR) is off to one side near the web where the other two join ..
I'll try again tomorrow .

I took some more pictures and uploaded them onto "Keepa's album" in the photo section....page 6 ....you can see the barrel configuration and the scope.

Yes. and I intend to do a lot more. i have two, an old pre-war Sauer 16x16/8x57IR with 65Mm shotgun chambers and the 'obsolete' .318" bore in the rifle. Shoots and functions like new after nearly 100 years. The only game I have taken with it so far is a Ptarmigan.

And a more recent acquisition, a Krieghoff Trumpf dural drilling in 16 ga. x 16 ga. ( 70mm or 2-3/4") over 7x57R. This one is fitted with a .22 magnum rimfire insert barrel, in the right side, and shoots to point of aim for the iron sights when they are flipped up. Only took one beaver so far with the insert barrel, the rest remains to be used on game.

My interest in German combination guns began with a Merkel BBF 16/7x57R and 16/16 set that I have used for a lot of mixed game hunting, and a Heym BBF 16g ga. /.222 that has become my favourite aimless walking companion and coyote calling rig.
