Anyone here skin ducks rather than pluck them?

...i will pluck a few every year that go in the oven...but mostly i skin and these go into soup

...i do the whole procedure in the field with a 20L water jug and adjustable spout on the tailgate of the truck...skin 'em...gut 'em...wash 'em...bag 'em but leaving one wing attached for i.d. sticking outside the bag and home we go...they cool very well that way...really fast...my wife thinks its great
