The butt stock slides onto the flex adapter that is screwed on the action.
In this adapter there should be a roll pin (about 1/8 inch diameter) punched in.
I’d mainly like to find out what type of roll pin this is; coiled or slotted style and if possible the diameter and length of the pin.
Reason is I sold a Mossberg 590 with flex stock (tactical looking with adjustable length and a pistol grip) and did not know about the pin missing.
The buyer noticed it and I want to make this right and mail him a pin.
Unfortunately he is far away and shipping the shotgun back and forth to fix this would be a bit costly.
