Anyone hit the Leopold custom shop?

I have a 6.5 x 24 - 40 Vari-X III in standard hunting configuration and would like to change the turrets to target style exposed turrets. Also considering changing the reticle.
I got the scope for a good deal, so I'm not that interested in "just buy a brand "x" scope".
What Has your experience been with respect to getting what you asked for, quality and cost?
 
The changes you want could be done by Korth in Okotoks, AB. They are the Canadian warranty shop and IIRC are now the Canadian custom shop. There is a thread stickied at the top with their info. They do great work with good turnaround time in most cases.
