Anyone hunt the Gulf Islands?

Thanks, I don't really want to hunt them, I was just interested to see if anyone was since I hear Mayne Island is over run by deer. I hunted Texada last year which was a fun little hunt.

Yup, Mayne has lots of deer, a few rather lrg blk Tails and loads of Feral Fallow Deer from a failed deer farm of years ago.
But, it is under a very tight control program.
Those shooters get a phone call from local residence to come deal with the problem deer.
