Hey everybody...I was at Del Selin's Gunshop in Vernon today on my way home from the Kamloops gun show and I noticed they had 2 big boxes with "Norinco M-14" written on the side....Art said they just came in and that there are 5 per box....So they have 10 new M-14s waiting for a home....I didnt ask how much for them since I already own one but i think the last time I saw one there it was around $500......So if you want one...phone them....

this is crap! 
How many times did I have to finger an M305 at the Kamloops gun show for $500 to say, "it only costs a $100 more to get it now when I want it." I could wait on Marstar for $399 but.....
Is $500 a fair price if the alternative is you gotta wait so long for a basic milsurp type gun that could never replace my FNC1A1 shooting needs?
I should bite the bullet
:
a. NO its not as much fun as I had with the FN;
b. Its about ~$300 than shooting a SKS but million times more cool points and LCF

c. I paid $150+ each for (several) Ishy L1A1s that are holding down the foam in my gun safe, sell them and buy a gun I can shoot;
URRGH! I'm getting frustratated! I have to leave Canada for a long while and am debating about all the guns I really want to, "go ugly early on," in case Canada's laws goes nutz while I'm gone.

diamondcutter GO for it!!!!!! I got tired of waiting for Marstar and bought one. It cost me $614 with the one mag and sling. As well, I got 2 more 20/5 rounders and Marlin from frontier firearms delivered it to me on his way to Consort for a show. You won't regret it. I fired 100 rounds through mine already and I LOVE it!!!! Yes way cooler than a SKS. You know you want it?!?!?!?!?!?!?

The local shop had a few and I picked one up for my dad.. Came out to about $550 after tax. Havnt gotten out to shoot it yet though, I want another one for myself so Im going to wait for Marstar to get theirs in. Then think about a JAE-100 stock.. Mmmmmmm tasty.
