Anyone in Halifax with AR15 tools

HEY I got the dreaded Norc FSB off ( pins were the easiest ) But cracked spot welds holding on the quad rail.

Anyone in HRM have tools to remove the barrel nut off this junk? Never seen a barrel nut like that so, I got tools in Ontario but figure ask people local.

Nobody in HRM has a receiver vise or barrel block that I can use for a 1/2 day?

To replace this barrel nut. I can even bring the receiver/parts to you.
