New to bolt action rifles and shotguns, looking to learn some good practices.
A long time ago, I sold all my handguns and ARs (idiot) and now that I want to get back into shooting I am forced to switch to bolt actions and shotguns. All good, different kind of fun to be had here.
I have a membership at the Cowichan Fish and Game but the range, a nice little range but a little prohibitive in terms of shotgun shooting.
Is there anyone who would be willing to meet up and give me some pointers on semi long distance shooting and/or shotgun use?
I have a Savage 110 high countey in 6.5 Creedmoor and a Beretta 1301
I can shoot and hit targets but I feel that there is a lot more that I could learn.
Last time I shot a shotgun was in 2015 lol. Bought the beretta before it too gets banned and I have to shoot a musket or a blunderbuss loaded with forks and spoons.
