Anyone know the id of this headstamp?

Picked up a bag of 22-250 brass awhile back with this headstsamp. I'm curious to know if anyone out there knows the id of the manufacturer. New one to me.

It looks like middle eastern writing in till you see the buck mark.

I have some 30-06 that I thought was arabic then I looked at them standing in the tray. A couple looked like a deer head. Turn them the right way and you can see the deer. Your not the only one.

Winchester makes that nickel-plated brass for Browning ammunition.

I love that stuff, and love the nickel plate brass. I know some some guys hate nickel-plate, I happen to love it. I also load nickel brass with no issues.

I like using nickel plated brass in my Garands as I can find it easier if I shoot over grass. 2” of grass seems to swallow brass.

Indeed it's easier to see for sure.

In addition it feeds smoother, is more corrosion resistant and just looks very cool!....

Looking back on it now nickled brass would have been handy when I had a Swede AG42 , darn thing threw brass all over Hell's half acre.

My Swede throws them about 30 ft behind me. Last time I had it out spectators picked up my brass and laid it in my rifle case. My Rashid throws them about 30 ft to the right out front. Cases are easily lost.
