I have a Bushnell 3x-7x Banner .22 scope from my .22semi.
It is in excellent shape and has the rail attachment.
My local gun store told me it is a collectors item and is worth quite a bit.
It will not fit on my new .22 bolt action rifle.
I may be interested in selling it if I can find out what it's worth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It don't know how to upload pics here but I can send them to your email if requested.

$50....maybe.
Not all that old really, you see them on eBay from $30-$130 but they sell for around $50 for the most part in like new condition.

Did your LGS make an offer?

A quick "google" shows one that sold on flea-bay for $49 USD, another on Proxibid for $20.

"Collectors item" and "worth quite a bit" are relative terms.

No they did not make an offer.
The ones that are selling for around $50 have some damage on them or are missing a control knob.
Mine is in excellent shape with no marks at all.
Works great just won't fit on my bolt action .22
They haven't made this model in 19 years according to Bushnell but they could not tell me what the price was.

Tradex sold a bunch of NOS 1.5-4x20 Japanese Banners for $50 just last year.
Compared to something like that, these 18mm tube, tiny occular .22 scopes are a step down....
If you want to use the scope but your rifle has Weaver bases, there is an adapter you can buy.

I had a bushnell banner and I liked it so much I threw it away. About the lowest end scope ever made. Might be worth something to someone but I sure don't think you will get rich on it. Just my 2 cents.
