Anyone know what's going on with LOCKHART TACTICAL?

I just logged on to post the same thing. My order has been charged to my cc. No response to phone messages, no response to emails and no update to shipping. Might do a chargeback with visa. Anyone know a good place to get cadex accessories?

They're called "Match savers" they're brand new, still in production apparently.

Says both match saver and bullet quiver in the description, so they're called both. The page that you ordered it from says "IN MACHINING SEQUENCE" - you got a while to wait lol

Looking at their Facebook page it appears that he is in the process of building a new shop, he could be tied up with that quite a bit.. My limited understanding of this business is that it is online sales only, with no current store front operations and only 1 or 2 staff? I have an order in with him myself, looking at delivery date of late September, so I hope things aren't going sour here...

I ordered stuff awhile ago. Zero information regarding tracking, and Sam was almost impossible to get a hold of. One item was wrong, and thankfully the correct item didn't take as long to ship. Not the best buying experience, but hopefully he can get it all sorted out. He has stuff no one else seems to carry. I'm on the fence about buying from them again. If I do, I won't be holding my breath for the stuff to arrive.

I am fully aware that they are still in production, but to be a ghost is not very good. I think I will be doing the same as mentioned above and will get my CC to credit my account back if I don't hear anything from Sam.

He is in the process of building a new shop

Quote from Lockhart:

sorry for any delays.

New shop is under construction and we are focused with 100% man power to get it finished.

Bought a few items from Lockhart. Very good to deal with. Some folks are sure quick to pull the trigger on the drama queen complaint button.

So presumably you got your stuff in a reasonable time?

It always surprises me how many people are okay with crap service. A little communication goes a long way to heading off problems in the future. It's not unreasonable to expect fast service, and good communication if it's not. "The guy may be on vacation" or "he's probably swamped" are not okay just because he's a gun store. Would you be okay with crap service from a mainstream business?

If I recall it was 9 business days, and Sam was busy with family matters. So I would call that quite reasonable. While shopping online has never been easier, the store in question still has work to do at point of sale, packaging up for shipping, making labels, and then taking the items to post office.

I would count that as reasonable, unless a person plans to pay the extra dosh for a courier.
