Anyone know what's going on with LOCKHART TACTICAL?

On thier site they have a ton of things "in stock" e.g. magpul 5/40 round AR mags, added 10 to my cart, added 100 to my cart, still said in stock, went to place order, it wouldn't let me process, emailed to ask what is going on.....they stated they were out of stock

Waste of time

Will never deal with them again

Still havent heard back about my order....one product in stock, the other two in "production" so I am charged twice for shipping...but the "instock" item doesn't seem to be instock...2nd time trying to order the same "instock" item to find out that it really isnt....no communication either

I'm sure complaining on here wont do anything, but I certainly wont order things from here unless I have no other options.

I got a reply after waiting over a month and sending multiple emails. He didn’t understand what was wrong with the product, I explained. Now I expect to wait another month for an email back. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

June 18 ordered, no communication on “in production” items. Ya we know they’re building a new shop but put a note on the product or order or send some type of communication or something or don’t take preorders on a new product a week before you shut down shop to build a new one. Ended up buying a similar part from another vendor. Debating saying to hell with the part from Lockhart and trying to get my refund. Wonder how long that would take

Going from selling paintball equipment to real gun equipment is a big step. Just some minor bugs to squash. The problem with drop shipping is that you are at the mercy of the stock holder.

We'll probably have a little kiosk or such.
At least a good setup for picking up orders and what not.

Our main focus as S&J hardware stated below is getting more into the manufacturing side.

When you say manufacturing side will that include firearms like the raven 9 like produced in house little R&D department? The tease has been surfacing here and their for it, I guess I’ll wait a bit longer for a ubs stock much like to see more Canadian made firearms.

Still waiting on any response to my order well over a month ago...have asked for a refund a few weeks back and haven't heard a word....going to be calling my CC next

Really surprised that "businesses" like this are allowed on the CGN

If I place an order from anywhere that has an item in stock and I am paying for shipping, I am expecting a canada post tracking number within 48-72 hours. If it is in stock, it is no problem to punch the information into canada posts online shipping service and get a tracking number.

Unless you have to wait for the product to get ordered and shipped from the supplier to the dealer for them to ship it to you. Better to let people know that there is no stock and they have to wait, otherwise people get pissed standing next to the post box all day.

Disputed it with the cc company, Lockhart will never see a dime from me again. I’ll make sure to spread my story around the local ranges

August 11th $500 order placed on in-stock item. August 19th I emailed asking for an update of the status. August 21st email sent notifying the order would be cancelled through credit card company if no update is given. August 30th I received a shipping notice that it shipped with a tracking number. September 3rd, Canpar has not received the package yet. Still no reply to emails. I wish I found this thread before I ordered. I would never order from them again. The real kicker is another more Reliable company from BC responded to and email about items within an hour and they had those same items in stock, plus when I purchases an item from them I had a shipping notice within 2 hours. Lesson learned; just because they are a sponsoring dealer, does not make them a legitimate business. Do your research!

Guys, do not forget to leave appropriate trader rating feedback for product/services (not) received, in satisfactory manner.

Having similar problems with Lockhart. Placed an order August 14th that was processed and showed 'shipped' after a few days. Not a bad start but I never got a shipping notification, I just happened to be checking my order status and saw it. Then Canpar tried to pick up the order three times and stopped because they were told there was nothing to ship. I tried emailing and calling but didn't get any answers for days. Finally got through on the phone and spoke with Samuel. He said he messaged the warehouse to ask what was going on with the shipping and I asked him to provide me an update in a few days. That was last week. I've heard nothing since and I've called and emailed everyday asking for an update. I'll give it to the end of the week until I cancel the order and contact my credit card company.

Definitely not impressed. I understand he is going through a big expansion but wouldn't it make sense to mention this on your website and say what the delays might be to manage customer expectations? Or just pause things until the expansion is done? Based on comments here and on Facebook, this situation is hurting his reputation. Not good for future business...

Anyway, however this turns out it will be the last time I deal with Lockhart Tactical.

Approaching day 30 for email response. 8.5 month delay on shipment with zero communication since April. Will be approaching visa soon
