Anyone know where I can buy Thin-wall Brass Tubing?

Give Alaskan Copper and Brass in Vancouver a call. 604-937-6620, ask for Suzanne :D.
I used to work there so I know they can at least order it for you if there's none in stock. I think .050 was about as thin as it went.

Try Metal Supermarkets in the yellow pages.

They'll have it, but they'll be charging a margin over what they paid for it from Alaskan, or whoever they bought it from. They don't deal directly with many suppliers. Most of their stock comes from wholesalers, hence their high prices. Anything they can get, you can get for less from the specific wholesaler, if you can find it. Check back here later... I'll call my bud at AC&B and see who they can recommend in Ontario. Shipping from here would be crazy, and they have no other Canadian locations.

OK, I called AC&B, and they said try these guys in Ontario: Canadian Brass and Copper, LOL.
416-736-0797, biggest brass supplier in Canada, and they still do cash-and-carry sales.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

I don't need much to start. I want to get some 1/2" thin wall tubing to increase the base size of some brass that needs to be in the 0.505" range. The brass would have to be thin-wall (~0.010") to work. If such a beast as thin-wall 33/64" existed, I'd have use for it too. If it works, I'd still only need a few feet of it.

A Hobby Store would make sense, but I tried "Michael's" in London and they didn't even know what I was talking about. Hence the question.

:D If McMaster-Carr doesn't stock it, you don't need it. I bought my last drill there, came to my door at way less than I would have paid in Canada, no hassles. And my wheelbarrow, and set screws for mounting sights, and a brass punch set, and so on. Love it.

Got my order this morning  24 hours from phone order to Ohio to in my hands in Ottawa!!! Very impressive.

The closest I've seen to that speed of service in Canada is Higginsons.
