Anyone know where I can find a Parker Hale BA20 Scope Base?

I got a No 4 Parker Hale conversion in trade but the front base pad doesn't match the rear

Does anyone know where I can find a proper BA20 base to match the BA21 rear base? I'm not having any luck on ebay.

The base I'm looking for will have a 19mm dovetail.
