Anyone know where to find M1 Carbine parts locally?

Note, this is not a WTB add.

Does anyone know where one can find M1 Carbine parts locally. Specifically, I am looking for the Stock Escutcheon, part 042 on schematics diagrams.
Marstar is out, and Trade Ex doesn't carry them. If you've got one to sell, PM me.
Lots of places have em in the states for $2-4, but the shipping is always at least $6. I would rather someone in Canada tosses it in an envelope or somthing.
