Anyone know where to get this russian side rail?

It has a really thick base and set screws for the mounting screws. I know its meant for the AK style mount but I don't know where to find these.

Kalinka optics sells them as well and they ship to Canada.

Nah Kalinka doesn't have it either. I think they are an older design that is no longer in production.
