My guess Lou.
THE NORFOLK .410 side by side hammer gun. Spanish side lever in mint condition with 28" barrels $800-1200. But I am not a sxs guy so could be way off

You have an El Faisan. Spanish made. Not high quality by far but fun to shoot. I have one just like it. Heaviest triggers in existence. As for price, I paid $80.00 for mine but I think $150.00 - $200.00 is fair value these days for one.

Agreed...........................

Yep, around $200.00--maybe $300.00 if you find the right guy!
There was a folding .410 on here awhile ago. It was a Belgian make and didnt look really any different than this one. It was listed at $350.00 and it sold. Don't know if the seller got full asking price though.

Interesting, Lou's gun has the "English" stock most I have seen have sort of pistol grip stock.

These guns tend to break and parts are hard to find, anyone contemplating buying or selling one should keep this in mind.

Ask me how I know. That being said they are neat little guns and I wouldn't mind finding another, good for sluicing birds and a good farm gun.

A very economically made gun of Spanish origin. I was given one in the early 70's. Upon inspection of the gun my opinion was it was firearms accident waiting to happen.

I cut the barrels into 3'' segments, and the receiver in half. It pieces went to the dump on two separate trips. The butt stock made reasonable kindling for the stove.

If owned yours it would I would treat it no differently.

Nice little 410ga for about $275. I remember those little doubles were popular back in the day, because I think they opened to fold over to about half their overall length. Gents liked that, because they were canoeing and backpacking into the bush for big game, and that little 410ga was nice to pack along for small game picked up on the way.

Nice El Faisan you have:) My father had 1 manys years ago, but not nickel, case colored receiver, Was quit used, lockup would need to be redone, heavy trigger like hell, shoot quite well.

The rear stock is a replcement, as the wrist on these little 410's is very weak point, I fix these on a regular basis every fall for the guys who use and love these shotguns. They in the $200-300 price range. Dale Z!
