todbartell : Accuracy of the 110 High Country will rival high end custom rifles[/QUOTE said:Really ?RJ
It's more of a Sendero style rifle than a mountain gun. Accuracy of the 110 High Country will rival high end custom rifles
heavier contour barrel, rifle weight of 10lb + w/ scope. The first factory built rifle like this was the Remington Model 700 Sendero, introduced in the 90s and still offered today
RJ - prove me wrong. Post up some groups of your high end customs haha
What’s sendero style?
Rem 700 Sendero. Heavier profile, longer barrel, that once again, someone wouldn't want to lug up into the "high country", at least by foot. LOL

So, what would be the benefits to this "Sendero" style of rifle?
Seems the barrel is heavier than others, why would that be desirable in a "high country" / mountain rifle? Must be something were not seeing?
