I believe SAM does, I have one of their commander length 45s and i believe the same gun is available in 9mm. STI makes their 2011 tactical with a rail in commander length as well.

I've searched high and low for mid range manufacturers like Kimber, SIG, etc...but they don't make any.
How have the SAM guns been holding up?
My 9mm SAM commander has been excellent, well over 2000 rounds no issues. A little finicky on lead bullets, had a batch of 124gr RNL that tumbled at 15 yrds. Everything else has been great!
