Anyone make a water resistant holster?

Just buy something like a Serpa Tactical remove the webbing and screw the holster to the ATV in an accessible area like the back of the passenger seat or "dash" area.

Could you mount a plastic holster (Fobus, Uncle Mike's) and put the gun in a baggie?

here's an idea, get that Serpa holster, buy a sheet of nylon just wider than the holster and gun and long enough to wrap lengthwise 1.5 times. by whatever method mount the holster through the nylon material and onto the surface where you want it. Mount it so that the holster sits about in the middle of the fabric with a flap long enough on the muzzle end to bring to the back of the pistol grip. the ramaining flap should then be able to be brought forward and trim enough to overlap the front flap by ~3-4 inches. remove and apply velcro as you see fit.

not sure if thats clear enough to you to get my idea across.

my intent would be that when you peel back the velcro the front flap should fall away allowing you to actuate the locking mechanism on the holster
