Anyone order bolt carrier from US?

Unless it goes through a certified importer like Brownells, IRG or Prophet River, you can’t bring one in yourself. A BCG is ITAR regulated.

Unless it’s something very rare or specific you’re looking for, cheaper and less hassle to buy domestically.
 
It's pretty painless buying them from brownells, but these days I'd agree with the above poster. No real benefit not buying in country.

Back when the dollar was closer to par you could get some wicked deals. Now, a lot of the Canadian retailers have them for sale for more or less the same price as you'll get ordering them from brownells.

I had a Paintball Marker that I had repaired in CA and it sat in customs for almost 2 weeks as well. I think the CBSA is getting paranoid...

$100 to $500 you have to fill out the end user statement. That’s it .
I do mine on my phone .

$100 or less , you just order and pay.

I purchased my 308 BCG for my stag from brownells. I have ordered tons of stuff from them now. Add to cart, pay your money and Sandy will email you an end user form to fill out. Fill it out and return it and it ships to you. They usually have a coupon code for 10% off plus free shipping so google search for that (10% off after $100 I should say). You will most likely get hit with customs charges though so figure that into the cost as well
