I ordered a U die from them and it arrived 1 week later.

Lee Precision rocks! Pat is a gentleman! The service girls are cool.

Buying from them all the time, almost addicted. They don't apply 35% to Canada, just shipping (nominal). All my custom molds and sizing dies come from them directly and they are happy to quickly rectify all problems (rare occasion).

I'm guessing that SVT orders through real people on the phone rather than by email or web-orders - I imagine the latter is where you get dinged.

I've ordered from them directly, call them direct, always helpfull and easy to deal with.

No problems, and I always ask them to ship by ground, cheapest way.

pontcanna's guess is right - I never used web/email orders (maybe once long time ago and yes, I think the end result was that I had to phone them to get the right things). So the web/email orders might be a bit trickier than live conversation. Almost 100% of my orders are for custom work, so talking helps.
