Anyone order from Questar lately?

Placed an order Wednesday morning, no email confirmation. Still hasn’t been processed. Their phone mailbox is full, so you can’t leave a message. No reply to email either. Which is very unusual for them


Anyone successfully order anything recently ??

Are they on holidays ?
 
I've placed a couple orders with them this year and I wont be placing anymore with them. I ordered some magazines from their site, paid a 25% deposit. The mags were suppose to arrive in 2-8 weeks, I placed the order at the end of January. They are horrible at replying to email and takes forever to get a hold of them on the phone. Keep being told that they are waiting for an export license. They told me if I cancel the item I lose my 25%. they still haven't changed the status of the item on their site, still states 2-8 weeks.

I would be calling my credit card company
 
They used to be quite good a communication. Though, I haven’t ordered anything in some time. If I don’t hear anything back by tomorrow I’ll cancel my order. All were in stock items as well.
 
I ordered G27 mags from them..... on back order arrived on my door 2 weeks later and did not have to provide Pal info lol..... never have had a problem with finding hard to get items from these guys. Dozens of transactions... excellent service.
 
Not questioning their past service. Just curious that they seem to have gone dark. Even their own section here has been almost unused since 2017.

I don't think Mark is active in the company any more. He was the driving force there.

That is a shame. He was always helpful and a fantastic communicator. There is no option on the website to cancel an order. I sent another email asking for them to do so, and forwarded a copy to the CC company in case they try to force the sale through down the road
 
Just another company on here that has everything in their inventory out of stock. Why even bother having a retail business with nothing in stock. They are not unique in this.
