Anyone order from Questar lately?

Finally got my magazines on Friday, roughly 8 months... This WILL be my last order from them.

Sure.....go ahead a use EMT for Questar. Let me know how that works out for you. When they take the payment and then you hear nothing for months and they don't reply to messages or emails and getting them on the phone is impossible..........you have ZERO recourse. At least with a CC you have some level of protection.
 
I can't even change my online password with them. Asked 3 times over the past two years (as the website refuses to grant me a password reset) and still haven't heard anything. Gave up.

Too bad - don't know what's going on over there since they were pretty decent to deal with in the past.
 
Whew! Hearing all of the horror stories about poor communications makes me very happy and relieved that all of my orders for LMT rifles and barrels have been filled over the past 4 years, despite the fact that the 6.5 CM barrel for my MWS took almost 9 months to arrive. Who else handles LMT products if not Questar??
 
I ordered an item from there first time few days ago.
As soon as i submitted order, Scott sent me the invoice right away.
Item Will be 2 to 8 weeks to be in Canada.
I can wait that but today their homepage is down roday.
This makes me very uncomfortable.
 
I put a deposit on some LMT parts in November 2017 (2 to 8 week delivery stated on the website). After 15 weeks, I followed up, and was told that they were just waiting for their export permit. I haven't heard anything since. The dollar value of the deposit wasn't that high, and I paid with my credit card, so I'm covered if they close shop and don't deliver, but needless to say, they are officially crossed off my list of approved vendors.

I was told 2-8 weeks and that was near the end January and I just received my item about 2 weeks ago...

Beware: Credit card has a «cover delay» (at least on mine: it's 4 months)... I called my CC regarding a deposit paid to Questar back in June 2017 but they couldn't help me due to their covering window politic !

I was lucky enough to get in touch with Scott/Questar (email and phone). He solved the issue (full refund).

Thanks for the heads up- I wasn't aware of the time limit, but knowing how credit card companies operate, it's not a big surprise.
