Anyone order from Questar lately?

This vendor takes 25% deposits for products that it does not have and does not know if it will have or when will have. It does not ever refund the deposit, no matter how long it takes to ship the products. It's a very unique practice. Be informed.

I've ordered some CW parts for my GSG. They're shipping the part next week. It was a special order but I was willing to wait. Scott always answered my emails quickly.

That seems a little harsh, if not libelous. Obviously they have limited resources and don't check this thread very much. They have encountered export permit delays recently. Trump related no doubt. I am waiting patiently for my order.

This happened to me. But they informed me of it after I emailed them to place my special order (PWS SGS Dynamics rifle)

US export permit issueance timeline is beyond their control, but communication should be top notch, with no voice mailboxes being full, prompt response to e-mails, etc...

Agreed delays when dealing with firearms in this country are inevitable however better communications could go a long way

Got a charge to my card for deposit and confirmation e mail, so it looks like they are up and running. Now gotta wait a bit for my mags

From what I understand, Mark no longer owns the business, and ever since he left, things have gone down hill quite significantly.

Mark's service was exceptional. Not so now it seems.

This is what they do: sell products that they don't have. charge 25 percent deposit. Make you wait indefinitely while they try to bring in the product (hopefully). No refund, no matter how long you have to wait. Some have waited for over a yr. when you inquire, they either do not reply, or reply by saying an estimate can not be done. So, once you have paid a deposit, good luck.
