Anyone ordered from Tandemkross USA

I looked through the threads and could not locate one on Tandemkross so I apologize in advance if there is one out there.

Just wondering if anyone has ordered directly from Tandemkross USA. Apparently ITAR will allow Canadians to order up to 500.00 from them once every 30 days. I have been searching for a handful of upgrade parts for my Smith and Wesson Victory from dealers across Canada with very limited success either low supply or no supply. Yesterday I searched the Tandemkross USA site and located everything I needed for around 100.00 USD.

Just curious if anyone has had any dealing with them. I do not see any negatives other than the long shipping wait. Your thoughts are appricated.

Nice setup Elkbooger. I was tempted to get the Hive Grips but I didn't. I checked out Rangeview but they didn't have the parts I was looking for. At least from Tandemkross I was able to order everything at once from one store. I ordered the Halo charging ring, the extractor spring and plunger, essential maintenance kit( firing pin, springs and extractor claw) and a stainless steel captured spring guide rod. A LGS in my area has the Tandemkross trigger. I watched the video on the install and I don't know if its something I should attempt myself. If I buy the trigger kit from them at 59.99 they said they would install it for a minimal charge.
 
Trigger is a snap to install if you have to, I did it myself in like 20 mins. Follow the instructions on their website.
I didn't replace much of the inards yet, they are still going strong, but I highly recommend the grip. I found the factory grip didn't feel "tight" in my hand, almost too small or thin....
The Hive sticks like molded honey.

Well you have convinced me to look for a set of grips online and hopefully from a Canadian retailer. I will have a look at the Tandemkross install video in regards to the trigger.
 
I have ordered from them and they were great. It took about a month and a half to get here but that wasn't their fault. Customs is not too quick clearing gun stuff.

Elkbooger I took your advice and purchased the Tandemkross trigger locally and did the install myself. I followed the video from Tandemkross and it was a straight forward process. My only issue was during the re-assembly that I had a problem keeping the safety captured on the sear while manipulating the hammier so the pin could be inserted. After few attempts
I had it locked in. I adjusted the pre and post travel screws and what a difference. This trigger is absolutely amazing. Thanks for the suggestion and I strongly recommend that anyone with a Smith and Wesson Victory purchase one of these. The best 60.00 you can spend on this gun. Once the other parts arrive I will keep you updated.

Glad to hear it!
Wait till to try the grips, completely changes the feel of the gun. Interesting that I bought all these parts - I'm a bit of a tinkerer, none of my guns are stock - then shortly after S&W released the Performance Edition and it's almost identical!
This set up is my go to range gun. I can shoot it for hours. Even hit the Queen of spades on playing card from 25 yards on a dare. (Yes, red dot!)
Next consideration is the Volquartsen Carbon Fiber barrel. Considerably lighter than the factory and longer...

My order arrived this week. Zero issues.

I got a new trigger for my Ruger 57... they called it the most complicated part to install they make... wish me luck lol

Follow their very detailed video and you wont go wrong. I actually took a few pictures of mine while I was taking it a part. Just in case. Keep us posted.
 
I just got the TK order that I placed on Dec 16th. Part of my order was 3 sets of the Ruger MK IV MarkPRO magazine bumpers but they shipped the ones for a 22/45 in error. Have emailed them and will see how good their customer service is. Am a little concerned as they do state that all international sales are final and they can't accept returns (I'm guessing that has to do with ITAR?).

I would think that they would re-send you the ones you ordered or at least that's what I would hope as it was their error. Keep us posted.

I emailed them Saturday. By 10am today I had an email back from them and they are re-shipping the correct parts to me. I get to keep the incorrect parts at no cost, no need to ship them back. Looks like it's time to start shopping for a Mark IV 22/45!

They are top notch. Glad to hear. They mailed my parts last Tuesday and I just checked the tracking and the parts are in Canada waiting to be cleared by CBSA.
