the uploader did it from a Canadian web address. Remember...one of these idiots is named Dave. I downloaded the video, facial recognition software can be used (we use it in casinos) and compared to PAL photos..
If you work in store selling guns and ammo...see if you know these guys. Also their car has no front license plate... I know that only back plates are issues in Quebec(these guys don't sound french) and PEI...Any other provinces like this

Here's the skinny. Three guys driving around, stopping and shooting ducks from inside a vehicle with a rifle. Shooting baby ducks in ponds, having a good laugh, calling it a massacre blah blah. It shows their vehicles, faces, and has two of the three guys names said out loud. That's about the jist of it. Pathetic.
I have slow internet, so I couldnt' watch it all, but what the hell is wrong with those guys? And what would make you video it and post it on the net? Is it a challenge to people to catch them? Someone is going to figure these guys out if enough people watch it.

When I post a photo to a hosting site, it knows the camera and date I took the photo. Must be something in a jpg file that contains that data. I was wondering if modern digital video had the same to verify when this took place.
