Anyone Recognize These Clowns???

Its people like this that end up commiting murder and do other ####ed up things. Good to hear everyone is doing what they can to catch these douchebags. Last thing we need is some hippies like peta getting ahold of material like that. Just make it worse off for everyone.

Don't think anyone with half a mind would make that connection..but heck its Peta , so maybe your right.:(

i'm wondering how many laws were broken here:
1. loaded firearm inside vehicle.
2. firing from inside a vehicle.
3. hunting without a license and outside of season.
4. using a rimfire/centerfire rifle on migratory birds.
5. using a firearm without a "plug" on migratory birds.
6. no means to recover game and not trying to recover game.
7. taking more than the "bag limit".

any others and are the one's i posted wrong?

That was sickening to watch

Anyone else see the pistol stuff in the guys pants at 2:43???

Yes , sights towards the camera..
News called poachers, I would not have called them poachers, this is lower than that.

Doesn't look like a pistol to me in his pants, but I am convinced there are two different guns being used in the video.

- Take a close watch from 3:23 to 4:13.

- There are two distinct volumes of report, one is a fair bit louder than the other.

- There are two greatly different size splashes from bullet impact on the surface of the water.

- There is also a pretty clear noise of someone cocking what sounds to me like a bolt or lever action at 3:29. Yet, the only identifiable gun seen in the video is a 10/22 which is obviously not the 'bolt/lever action' making the louder shots.

- The louder of the two guns going off scares one of the participants at least twice during the time frame I'm referring to:

a) At 3:35 the message pops up "Jer is about to sh*t his pants", followed by "holy f*ck I jumped".

b) At 4:03 there is another of the louder shots followed by someone staying "f*ck I wasn't expecting that".

1. Discharge of a firearm from a roadway
2. tresspass laws i am sure no landowner would allow that!
3. allowing the meat from a edible animal to be wasted, destroyed, spoiled
4. not only breech of provincial law hunting without a licence but also federal law as he has no migratory game bird permit

The original video description included a .22 and .30-06.

EDIT: My bad, it was a comment on the youtube video's page left by the original poster of the video:

I had never even fired a gun before. We were using a .22 and a .30-06 pretty fun

Hard to hit those little ducks with rifles, next time we use the shotgun

"Jer & Dave" , potential Province, make, model & year(s) of car, Ruger 10-22, can't be too hard to narrow things down using motor vehicle and firearms registration data, not to mention the type of things that computer geeks can do to back track inter-net posts.
If it was child-####, they'd have these two f***ers incarcerated already !

I hope they are not found using the long gun registry. I hope someone turns them in. The last thing we need is the appearance that we support the registry or that it is useful.

Sick ####s. I'm not a hunter. I got no problems admitting that, in fact I have no problems with hunters either.

But these... things have crossed a line. And whatever punishment the legal system imposes on them will be a slap on the wrist compared to what they deserve.

Considering that this is a hunting forum, I am surprised that no one seems to have noticed that the bird was a grebe for which there is no open season. Point #3 can only be established once the shooter is caught although referring back to the species, there is no open season. Point #5 refers to shotguns which is not what he is shooting

cheers mooncoon
