I realize Ruger makes a scout but I am looking for their Guide Gun, they do make one. I like the chamberings and the sights better

Think any Rugers are gonna be a long time comin' man. Last i heard they were back logged 2 millionish guns after all the panic buying down south. I'm waiting on a S/S Mini-14 and i'm not very happy about it lol. Such is life though.

Ya I think Ruger's are slowly trickling into the country. I saw Al Simmons in Hamilton last week had one Ruger Scout in there that just came in. So they are coming just not terribly fast.

no, as was said earlier, seems impossible to nail down anything from ruger anymore....
Any scouts?
We are a rare breed. 375 Ruger would be nice for the Guide Gun. Everyone I show it to thinks it is butt ugly. Maybe that's why Ruger is not pumping them out yet. Huge disappointment for me though. Would also like a 77/357 to go with my GP100 for the post-apocalyptic world...Bahaha.
Having just received my Ruger Gunsite Scout, I already know that I would like a Ruger Guide Gun to go along with it... in 375 Ruger. Definitely want (though it's a shame about the coloured laminate stock, as I'd prefer grey or brown myself.)
Sometimes I think the marketing department at Ruger is smoking the cheap stuff. The guide guns look hideous. I can't for the life of me understand why they didn't and still have not offered the Alaskan in the pepper laminate stock like they did for the left hand versions, they would have been perfect in .375 and .416 Ruger.

What they seem to be pumping out is 10/22s and pretty pricey AR-15s. The 10/22s fly off the shelf while the ARs seem to be collecting dust. Wish they'd start sending Mini-14s, more 10/22s and the Guide/Scout rifles up north here. They'd be selling them very fast indeed.
