was poking around the LRH site and saw this. I use a leica now, but this just plays to my need for useless gadgets :)

I could probably crawl five hundred metres closer to the animal in less time than it would take me to figure out how to "program" that thing. :( :confused:
 
All the clients they take hunting seem to shoot their quarry at 500 to 800 yards or more, using a rifle borrowed from the guide which they have never shot before. This new rangefinder probably has a speech synthesizer which will coach the user with details about range, target angle, wind direction and strength, etc. It will then tell him exactly how to twiddle the dials on his uber-cool Huskemaw scope to ensure success.

I believe they have a model which will also score the antlers at distances up to a mile, and calculate exactly where in the B&C record book the rack will land. Well worth the money.:)
 
Well you guys sure are negative, you must believe every bit of bulls**t on the tube. ;) You must run out and order every new gadget that hits the market. Shame on you, believe in the power of marketing on the tube.
 
They need to cut to the chase and just make the laser more powerful so you can kill the animal with it.
