Wondering if anyone has seen or made anything similar to this http://www.ebay.ca/itm/LEE-RCBS-HORNADY-LYMAN-RELOADING-CASE-TRIMMER-TRIMMING-TOOL-/300905401209 in Canada. I know the link is for ebay.ca but it doesn't sound like the guy will ship to Canada (he is in Colorado) and I can't get a hold of him. I had a buddy attempt to drill and tap a lee cutter on his lathe but it didn't work quite perfect. Not sure whether it was my buddy or his ancient lathe, but it wasn't quite perfectly centered/straight so it has a tiny bit of a wobble and I'm not sure whether that will affect the cases at all or not. Not sure if there is anyone on this site that is more competent with a better lathe that could do better? I don't know anyone else locally, other than maybe asking a gunsmith, not sure if they'd be interested or not. I also thought turning down the cutter and threading it might have been better than drilling and tapping it but my buddy wouldn't try that as he thought it would just break even though I said they are only $5 - $10 and I'd risk that for the experiment. My lyman case prep xpress seems under utilized and my cordless drill over used for this and I have yet to find a cordless drill with a perfectly aligned chuck with absolutely no wobble and I don't buy cheap crap either, all high end tools for work.

E-Bay finances the people who want to take your firearms away from you.
Any cutter is hardened steel. No drilling, taping or turning hardened stuff. Never found any need to power any part of reloading myself.
Anyway, that's something cobbled together by a guy in his basement. To sell it here, the guy would require the U.S. Commerce Department exporter's licence. Very expensive, last I saw.

Why would he need an exporter's license? It's a tool, not ITAR controlled item ... should be simple enough. Just contact him through ebay and ask ...

Thanks for everyones responses, Lee got back to me regarding an e-mail I sent them a couple days ago asking if they could customize one but it turns out they are already in production of an 8-32 threaded cutter. It's new for this year and shown on pg 14 of their new catalogue, they say they should have them ready for sale in a month.
