I have about 20 boxes of this and unsure if it’s value in 2025 . I assume it’s military issue ?

Have a look at this site to see what current pricing is, then price accordingly. I typically use the market price ( not Cabela's or CT) and take off 10%. That's my pricing model anyway. Ammo is in demand as the incoming tariffs from the US will hit it.

Edit: I should have mentioned, that Norma ammo might draw a premium. I sold a box of.357 for $50 last year. Excellent ammo

Norma and Lapua are premium ammo, the rest is fairly generic. That said ammo prices lately have been crazy. If you want them gone, 50$ a box, and 60 for norma and lapua. If you want the full value, a little more.

dosing your prices must be regional?

Last weekend there was a lot of similar ammo and commercial 8x57JS on the tables in Chilliwack. Most of it went for $50/box or less.

The show started with prices right around where you are suggesting, but by 10:30 they were down.

Surplus in sealed battle packs was bring almost as much, unless it was Chinese or corrosive.

I agree, the Norma and Lapua should bring a premium. Depends on the crowd.

The Remington and Winchester would go for $ 60ish in my parts. The old milsurp would depend on condition. I am familiar with it and shot some of it pack in the day. If there is a gun/ammo auction place in your area, take it there. All gone in one swoop.

The Czech 8 mm postwar surplus is pretty much click-bang ammo, still have a few boxes at the Shop. I will probably pull the bullets for re-use, casings are Berdan primed so pretty much useless.

Back in the day, my buddies and I bought cases of that stuff. Fired off lots of it in bolt action 98's and 48's, plus good old Hakims. I still have lots of it, but it has deteriorated somewhat, so I mostly try it in a ratty M48. If it doesn't fire, I pull the bullet and re-use it and the powder in Boxer primed brass. The stuff stamped 52 and 53 misfire the most. 55 stamped stuff seems to pretty much all fire. The price I paid for it, it really doesn't matter, as the bullet and powder still have good value at today's cost.

Edit: I always called it Yugo ammo, but it may, indeed, be Czech. I have a supply of FNM 8x57, it is good ammo.
