Anyone shoot a NEF .223 Rem Single shot?

Mine's a regular barrel, and I have an old Weaver K4 on it. It can be shot better than I can shoot it and although it was over $400 new when I bought it (before the Stevens 200 existed) and now they are around $300, I feel it has been good value. I like it a lot. If we could have the accessory barrel program here I would buy at least one more front end for it, in .308 for deer hunting.

As stated in your other post, mine really likes the 50 grain V-Max over Imr 3031.
For a scope I have a Bushnell Legend 5-15X with the Mil-Dot reticle. I am really
pleased with the combo.

I have the H&R ultra varmint in .223 and think it is a blast to shoot. Great value and a decent shooter too. I have mine topped with a Bushnell Banner 4-12x40mm which has been fine. Sometimes you hear about ejector issues but I haven't experienced any and have put numerous boxes through the rifle. Happy hunting/shooting.
