I have an original Greener GP Trap Model, made in 1956, in very nice condition with original Greener case. It has a 30" full choke barrel with ventilated rib and produces the tightest, most evenly distributed patterns of any gun I've tested. As the design was originally a rifle action where they served admirably for many years, they have a light, very crisp trigger, far better than more common shotguns used for trap until you get to the Perazzi class guns. It handles very well as a trap gun although handling characteristics are a matter of individual preference. Fit is also a very personal thing and a look at the guns at a large trap shoot will reveal lots of customization, even on five and ten thousand dollar guns. I feel that because of the stock design on the GP Trap fit may be a little more critical than most guns. Fits me, I love it. Love it but don't shoot it much any more, our club is leaning heavily toward sporting clays now, no place for a fine single!. Jim
