Looking for this specific model in dual tone?
I've tried most sponsors and everyone local to me; it can be ordered but will take months before it arrives. My cousin really has his heart set on this model and I'd like for him to spend his money.

Thanks

I just bought the Smith & Wesson 1911SC Black, from Shooters Choice, thanks Dale....I like it better than the 2 tone but each to their own...Can't wait to get my hands on this pistol...Gorgeous...

14180 Smith & Wesson 1911SC E-Series, Blued/Wood # Grips, Scandium Frame, Round Butt, 4.25"45 ACP $1455.00

That one has a gouge in the metal under the takedown lever where the idiot scratch usually is...I haggled with them for a lower price but they wouldn't go for it even though the gun has a flaw...I passed on that one and went to another sponsor.

Nothing new there at P&D

Most orders are going to be aprox 6 months due to the time they sit at the border because they're "Scary handguns".. that's just normal. Tell your cousin if he HAS to have it in a variety that's not in stock somewhere, to just order it. It's a gun he will have for a life time. Take the time and get what they want.

I REALLY appreciate you disclosing this. This morning I get a text from him saying he found an all black one from a website and bought it. I asked him from where and he says P & D. I tell him to call them up and send pictures over. Thanks again, it would of really sucked for him to get it and have a "new" handgun with a gouge in it. He asked for a discount and nothing so he cancelled the order

I had one, but didn't liked it. Too light to be comfortable. I paid 1125$ a few years ago but the seem to be around 1550$ now.

Just be sure that you'll like it ;)

@Vitulla^^^
Hey no problem, I just don't get P and D...You'd think that they'd know better..This is definitely not good for their reputation...Crazy...How do they figure that they can sell a 1500 dollar pistol with an obvious flaw without discounting it.
