Anyone still shoot full-sized ARs?

First, let me say I am new to ARs so my terminology maybe
a tad off.

I have noticed that most ARs shown here
have the collapsible butstock and shorter barrels,
which look very cool.

I seem drawn to the full-sized model because of
its Vietnam-era look, I suppose. Something like this:

What are the pros and cons of the two styles? Anyone prefer
the full length version?

Yep, the full size has a balance I really like for offhand shooting. I have various config Ar's from 7.5" to 20" and while I enjoy shooting all of them I seem to shoot a bit better with the long ones.

I see what you mean I wanted something similar, however I also wanted the reliability of the carbine length gas system, Mine has a rifle stock and a rifle length rail/forend.(12") I went with the 16" barrel, but with the flash hider it ends up at about 18.5.... I like this setup as a close range rifle.....

The rifle length gas system is more reliable.

I stand corrected, I thought that compared to the others the carbine length was the most common and most reliable....

I'm shooting a full size plus AR. It has a standard rifle stock, flat top receiver and 24" heavy stainless barrel. I like this configuration for shooting bench and prone. I can appreciate the carbines though for close quarters combat.

Lots of us are using full size AR15's in service rifle.

Many of the rifles you see in pictures have a bunch of moving pieces strapped to them, which while can often be made to work if needed, in most cases you will encounter, are little more then extra moving pieces.

I shoot a full size: 20" barrel. Balances nice off-hand.

While I like the shorties, rifle length AR's a great, too. I'll be shooting mine on July 1 at NSRA's annual 300m ISU match.
